WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO START MY ORDER?
Please include detailed information about your vision of how you would like your logo to look including flat, 3d, pop-out, color preference, your tagline (message), preferred shape, etc. If you have images that you wish for us to use, please let us know. If you see a logo that you would like for us to model yours after, show it to us. We work with you through the process to ensure that you get exactly what you want.
SHOULD I MESSAGE YOU BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER?
Yes, please do so. We just want to make sure that what you want, falls under the scope of what we do. It also helps us address any questions and concerns beforehand allowing for a seamless transaction.
WHAT IS INITIAL CONCEPT DESIGNS?
The Initial Concept Design is the first rendition of your logo design. This is the draft version of your logo. We will provide you with 2 Initial Concept designs of your logo. This will show you two different looks of your logo based off of our conversation. From there you can suggest tweaks or revisions from which we will devise your logo into 1 final design.
WHAT IS A SOURCE FILE?
A Source file is the original file format version of your logo in which it was made. This allows you to edit and make changes to the base file if you want. Our source file type is PSD.
WHAT IS “DELIVERY TIME” IN THE PACKAGE?
Delivery Time is the estimated time, in days, for us to deliver your first Initial Concept Designs. Revisions will occur afterwards, which will require extra time based on what’s required. We work with you diligently to perfect your desires.
CAN YOU CREATE A WEBSITE AS WELL?
